It’s Summertime and we are making treats that you can enjoy around the campfire!

Cheeseburger on a Stick

All you need is a wooden skewer. Start with a cubed hamburger bun or roll and load it with meatballs and cheese.

You can add any of your other favorite burger toppings such as pickles, lettuce, tomato.

Don’t forget to dip it in ketchup or mustard!

Campfire Cones                 

Start with a sugar cone or waffle cone.

There are so many filling you can use for these!

Some suggestions are: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, nuts, toffee pieces, brown sugar, coconut, mini graham cereal, M&M’s, fruit, peanut butter.

Once your cone is filled, wrap in foil and place near campfire or on grill.

Your toppings will get nice and melted! Unwrap and enjoy!

Hamburger Ice Cream Sandwiches

Start with two sugar cookies. Brush top of one cookie with corn syrup and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Use red and yellow frosting for mustard and ketchup.

Dye shredded coconut green for lettuce.

Use either orange frosting for cheese or a fruit roll-up.

Scoop chocolate ice cream onto plastic wrap. Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and form into a patty. Peel away plastic wrap and build your burger!

Chocolate Dipped Fruit

Slice fruit (bananas, apples, strawberries). Insert popsicle stick into fruit and place in freezer for about an hour.

Melt chocolate chips with a little bit of vegetable oil to make it nice and creamy!

Dip fruit into chocolate making sure it is completely coated. Sprinkle with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles.

Place on a piece of waxed paper and freeze until set.

S’mores Nachos

large flour tortillas
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
12 whole cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows


1 container of chocolate syrup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut or tear each tortilla into 8 wedges. Pour the butter into a shallow bowl. Place the graham cracker crumbs onto a plate.
Dip the tortilla wedges into the butter. Coat with the graham cracker crumbs. Place the tortilla wedges onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning the tortilla wedges over once halfway through the bake time.
Place the tortilla wedges onto a platter. Top with the marshmallows. Drizzle with the chocolate sauce.
